Job Description/Requirements
- Develop a strategy for the business and manage daily sales activities.
- Establish and enforce proper conduct of customer service experience delivery to all customers.
- Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Conduct regular market analysis studies for the business. i.e. gathering intelligence on competitor brands, and consumer trends with the aim of ensuring the company maintains a strong competitive edge.
- Identify new opportunities and channels to extend service sales to new sectors, clients' geographical locations, etc.
- Create and submit business proposals to corporate firms and other organized sectors that can make a weekly or monthly arrangement plan for their staff.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Respond to emails, calls, requests, inquiries, and complaints and resolve disputes between customers and staff.
- Generate leads and convert positive ones into clients
- Client relationship management and after-service experience survey.
- Product expertise and knowledge of your brand, the benefits it offers, ingredients, and also be fully up-to-date on any product improvements or new lines
- Attend trade shows and industry events - attending beauty shows is an essential part of the job so you can network, generate new client leads, and keep abreast of new products coming onto the market
- Provides daily and weekly reports of all sales/marketing activities to the CEO for decision-making.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
- Acute attention to accuracy and details in all aspects of responsibilities.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
