Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
- Develop and implement business strategies to improve revenue, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a positive work environment and high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial management, and operational planning.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
