Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue streams for the company.
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Lead the development of advertising campaigns, social media strategies, and other marketing initiatives for clients.
- Coordinate with the creative and other team members to ensure timely delivery of services and projects to clients.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, vendors, and partners to secure favorable terms.
- Monitor and report on the performance of advertising campaigns, social media engagement, and other media services, ensuring goals are met.
- Manage the budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for client accounts and media projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the business development and sales teams to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business management within a media, advertising, or social media marketing company.
- Strong knowledge of advertising strategies, social media marketing, and digital media trends.
- Excellent client relationship management skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
