Job Summary

Jamadia Apartment provide a selection of stylish, fully furnished shortlet apartments that are ideal for both pleasure and business travelers. We are looking to hire a suitable candidate to fill this position

  • Minimum Qualification : HND
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates, average daily rates, and revenue.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the apartment, including maintenance, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to continually improve the shortlet apartment offerings.
  • Preventive maintenance in all operations including assets management and pool management.


Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel or property management, preferably in the shortlet or extended stay sector and a proven track record of successfully managing operations and leading teams.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Bar Management ability and Customer Service.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budget management.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 Per month.
