Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, goal driven with the ability to close deals. must be a fast learner with the able to work under pressure, must have high communication skills, he/she must be passionate for career and business growth and must have client relationships management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating deals, and ensuring the company's business objectives are met.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales, growth and expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the ability to close deals faster
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operation department, construction department, clients service and the rest.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies


Requirements:

  • HND/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real estate or any field as we are open to all
  • Little or no experience required as you will be trained in business development, sales and marketing in the real estate industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
