JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE BUSINESS MANAGER
1.General management of the business entity, the salon and where necessary, the manufacturing arm.
2. Coordinating sales and marketing operations to ensure revenue growth.
3. Management of salon operations, which includes taking appointments and assigning the right staff.
4. Keeping accounts and detailed records of clients.
5. Quality control of the salon activities including timing.
6.Maintain discipline and attendance coordination of staff.
7. Participate in progress reviews scheduled with the employer
8. Observe the rules, regulations and other requirements as laid down by the organization.
9. Content creation.
10. Attending events with the founder and doubling as a PA.
