As a Business Operations Officer, you’ll play a critical role in optimizing our operational processes, supporting merchant onboarding, managing inventory and logistics of POS terminals, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business activities. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and tech teams to keep things running smoothly.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate POS terminal inventory, distribution, and logistics.
- Support merchant onboarding and activation processes.
- Monitor transaction performance and report on key operational metrics.
- Identify gaps in operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with finance, tech, and customer service teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Provide support for compliance, documentation, and internal audits.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidate must reside preferably on the island.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, preferably within fintech, banking, or tech.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with POS systems, transaction reconciliation, or merchant services is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
