Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a communication bridge between the company's internal departments and external customers and suppliers.
- Handle and follow up on customer and supplier inquiries and complaints to ensure timely response and resolution of issues.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations and promotional materials.
- Assist in arranging sales training courses and managing student registration and feedback.
- Complete other tasks assigned by managers and other senior management as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Administration, Business Administration or related majors.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, with experience in sales or service companies preferred.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English and basic knowledge of Swahili will be preferred.
- Careful, detail-oriented, with a high sense of responsibility and work ethic.
- Team player, proactive, and willing to accept challenges.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment and provide efficient support to facilitate the smooth running of company sales and daily operations.
