Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, experienced Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and will be driven to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.
- Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
- Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Keep the client informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties
- Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, and highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies.
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Remuneration: NGN 75,000
