Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients.
- Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
- Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Keep the client informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
- Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote contracts and agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present and explain complex real estate concepts effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related technology.
- Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, contracts, and transaction processes.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
- Willingness to attend industry events and network to expand client reach.
