Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual, experienced Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales.

  • Experience Level : Internship & Graduate
  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails,  and meetings to convert leads into clients.
  • Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements.
  • Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Keep client informed of property sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests.
  • Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience. 
  • Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand client base and promote contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to present and explain complex real estate concepts effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related technology.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to attend industry events and network to expand client reach.
