Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated individual, experienced Business Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads, nurture them through effective follow-ups, and convert these leads into Sales. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly within the Real Estate industry, and will be driven to exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels including, but not limited to, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Lead nurturing and Follow-up: Conduct timely and strategic follow-ups via phone calls, emails, and meetings to convert leads into clients. Provide detailed real estate advice and present customized real estate solutions that meet the client's requirements. Engage with leads through personalized communication, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Sales Conversion and Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by closing with new and existing clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences. Keep client informed of properties sales, promotions, and updates relevant to their interests. Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Negotiation: Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory transaction for both parties Stay up-to-date with the latest real estate trends.
- Networking: Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the client base and promote contracts and agreements.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, providing regular updates to management.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales and Marketing preferably within the Real Estate Industry
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion
- Customer-Centric: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a persuasive and consultative approach.
- Product Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of travel destinations, products, and services.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, and highly driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new situations, challenges, and technologies. MUST be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Location: Candidate must stay within Ikeja, Ojota, Berger, Agege, Maryland, Ketu environs) for Mainland and Ajah, VGC, Lekki, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island for Island environs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Lead Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales
- Revenue Growth: Achieving or exceeding sales revenue targets.
- Customer Satisfaction: Positive feedback and high customer retention rates.
- Upsell/Cross-Sell Success: Additional revenue generated through upselling and cross-selling.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000, Commission of 10%, and other attractive benefits
