Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative assistance to sales, and finance departments including working with the Technical Division for tender bid document compilation.
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth communication and interaction with clients.
- Handling office documentation, filing systems, correspondence, and reports.
- Drive the execution of Digital Content Marketing, Brand Awareness Campaigns, Seasonal offers Campaigns and Customer Retention Campaigns.
Requirements:
