Business Strategist

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine business strategies that promote growth and efficiency.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends in the real estate investment sector.
• Assist in the development of long-term strategic plans for business expansion, including market entry, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and economic factors that could impact the business, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement business performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
• Drive the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support the development of investment proposals, business plans, and financial forecasts.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders on strategic progress and outcomes.
• Participate in the identification and negotiation of strategic partnerships and alliances.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or investment sector.
• Strong knowledge of the real estate industry, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, develop strategic insights, and drive business outcomes.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
