We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter Intern to join our team. As a Recruiter Intern, you will play a role in enhancing our recruitment processes and candidate experience with supervision and guidance, allowing you to learn and grow your human resources skills and competence. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a rewarding and mission-driven organization. The anticipated duration of this internship is as per agreement with the intern and can be Part time or full-time.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Collaborating with the hiring team to understand their specific requirements and qualifications required to source for open positions·
• Outreach and engagement with potential candidates through emails, social media, or phone calls to gauge their interest in open positions and to inform them about job opportunities·
• Developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Qualifications
• Students or Recent Graduates
• Interested in Admin/Finance, HR, or strategic IT sales planning, business development, and business process improvement.
• High energy level with strong motivation for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are critical.
• Good spoken and written English skills.
