C# Systems Developer [Contract: 6 Months]

Total Experience Required: 3+ years

Mandatory Skills: Minimum of 3 years experience in C#

Opportunity: Full-Time Contract, 8 hours per day

Notice Period: 2-3 weeks

Engagement Length: 6-12 Months

Required Overlap: 5 hours with PST

Job Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate code and solutions generated by an AI system, ensuring compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Organize the development cycle, prioritize project tasks, and set clear goals and deadlines.
• Leverage your C# expertise to troubleshoot complex coding challenges during AI validation.
• Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, open communication, and continuous improvement.
• Validate the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for enhancing the capabilities of the AI system and integrating it with other components.
• Analyze the code written by team members and provide constructive feedback to enhance software development quality.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a software engineer.
• Proven ability to lead, ideally managing a team of software engineers.
• Strong proficiency in C# and software development best practices.
• Experience with AI systems and code generation technologies is desirable.
