Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute farming activities.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records of farm activities, including inventory, expenses, and yields.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and ensure farm efficiency.
- Represent the farm in a positive light within the community and engage with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in an agricultural-related field is a plus but not required.
- Experience in cabbage farming is required
- Hardworking and diligent worker passionate about Farming.
- Experience is good but not required, must be trainable, accommodation will be provided,
- The ideal candidate will have a deep love for farming, a strong work ethic, commitment and dedication to work.
Location: Ogun state.
