We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our call center team as Call Center Agents. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from customers, providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Location - Lugbe, Abuja (Only candidates residing within Lugbe, Airport Road and its environs will be shortlisted)
Salary – N170,000/Month
Work Place Type - Onsite

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and generating leads
- Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
- Resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Following communication scripts and company policies
- Identifying and escalating priority issues as needed
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
- Meeting or exceeding performance targets and service level goals
- Documenting all interactions accurately in the company's database
- Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in any related field
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
