Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their preferences and offer tailored product recommendations.
- Provide detailed information about Easthopemart's product offerings and services.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Input customer details into the CRM system daily.
- Promote Easthopemart's products to potential customers and drive sales.
- Assist customers in locating products and resolving their queries or concerns.
- Prepare daily reports on sales and customer interactions, and provide feedback to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- Experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sales and marketing proficiency.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Team player with a track record of achieving set targets.
- Attention to detail in processing orders and resolving customer issues.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
