Career Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in developing and enhancing their resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles.
• Guide students in identifying and securing internships that align with their career goals.
• Provide one-on-one career counseling sessions to help students navigate their career paths.
• Organize and conduct workshops on resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and job search strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and companies to create internship and job opportunities for students.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align career services with students’ educational goals.
• Maintain a database of internship and job opportunities, ensuring students have access to up-to-date listings.
• Plan and execute career fairs, networking events, and employer engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress in their career development journey.
• Provide guidance on personal branding and professional etiquette.

Requirements:
