Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

- Accurately process payments, including cash, debit cards, and insurance transactions.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies promptly.
- Provide clear information regarding billing procedures and payment options.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and relevant regulations regarding financial transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing inquiries and facilitate a seamless patient experience.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or healthcare administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
