Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a center manager at Banex Industries Limited in Lagos. The Center Manager will oversee daily operations. Banex Industries Limited is seeking an accomplished Center Manager to oversee the operations of our prestigious Lekki Banex Mall in Lagos. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily mall operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
• Manage tenant relations, ensuring a positive business environment.
• Optimize foot traffic, ensuring high standards in presentation and maintenance.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to enhance mall visibility.
• Lead and inspire the mall management team to achieve targets.
  

What We Are Looking For:

Educational Qualifications:

• Minimum of a second-class upper division (2:1) degree or Upper Credit for HND graduates in a relevant field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 4 years of mall management experience.
• Previous or current employment in a similar role within a mall is essential.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and oversee large-scale operations.
• Strong business acumen with an ability to drive performance and growth.
