CEO/COO (For a Creative & Tech Enabled Startup)

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.

• Oversee the company's overall operations and performance, ensuring alignment with the business strategy.

Operational Management:

• Streamline operations to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Manage resources, including budget and personnel, to maximize productivity and profitability.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive sales and marketing strategies to expand market reach and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team of professionals.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Financial Oversight:

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO, COO, or similar position in a creative or tech-driven company.
