Your Tasks
- Lead and steer the development and implementation of an aligned (global/region) Management Unit Demand & Supply. Deployment & improvement of local process and standards to improve Cost and Service Level in the region.
- Establish an Net Sales Forecast with a rolling 20-month Net Sales forecast in line with the business plan.
- Establish an In-Market-Sales forecast & perform a Demand review in collaboration with distributors, Country Commercial Managers & relevant commercial stakeholders in key markets to derive a rolling 6-month IMS forecast.
- Responsible for monitoring the volume planning of new product launches & challenging the assumptions of marketing & sales.
- Ensure robust supply planning to provide sufficient finished goods coverage to support MLU forecast.
- Act as the interface between MU Countries, their customers, and Production Centers (PCs)/ other Hubs for all logistics related processes.
- Ensure the balanced management of both Iventory Days on Hand and Service Level, whilst not limiting the growth potential of the MU.
- 10 years management experience in Supply Chain, experience in planning desirable.
- Regional experience.
- Manager of others > 5 people, including remote reporting lines.
- Exposed to complexity > 1500 SKUs, multi-country setups, different BPUs, high cultural diversity.
- Strong people focus and ability to form, lead and develop teams.
- Highly developed analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker and change agent.
- Strong communication.
- Strong stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage ambiguity & complexity.
