Chartered Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business decisions.
• Cost Accounting: Analyze and control costs associated with card production, materials, labor, and overheads.
• Financial Analysis: Perform financial analysis and provide insights to management on profitability, efficiency, and areas for improvement.
• Auditing and Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
• Tax Planning: Manage tax obligations, including direct and indirect taxes, and ensure optimal tax efficiency.
• Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with the business.
• Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy, completeness, and validity of financial data.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial information to management, stakeholders, and external parties.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Develop financial models to evaluate new product launches, pricing strategies, and business expansion plans.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Industry Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor financial performance.

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar industry or role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial modeling tools
