Job Description

As an Accountant at Xordium Integrated, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from accounts payable and receivable to reconciliations and financial reporting. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, providing insights to support decision-making processes, and contributing to the overall financial health of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including but not limited to invoicing, payments, and journal entries.
• Perform reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance financial processes and controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ICAN) is required.
• Proven experience as an accountant or similar role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
