Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies for ICAN exam preparation.
- Supervise and mentor ICAN trainers to ensure top-notch course delivery.
- Evaluate and update curriculum materials to align with ICAN standards.
- Monitor and improve student outcomes through innovative teaching methods.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting.
- A minimum of a year of proven work experience.
- Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA).
- Experience in training or mentoring ICAN students is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
