Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Book reservations and issue tickets to clients.
- Input ticket cost, using schedule rate books and computer.
- Make ticket booking, quote fare, and send to direct customers or agents
- Arrange reservations and routing for passengers at the request of ticket agents.
- Inform clients of essential travel Information, such as travel times, and transportation connections requirements.
- Provide customers with travel suggestions and information sources
- Maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- B.SC/HND in any discipline with a minimum of second-class lower/ lower credit
- Age must be between 22-28 years
- Candidate must possess a WAEC certificate with a minimum of 5 credits including (English and Mathematics)
- Candidate must have completed the NYSC programme.
