An Outlet Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring efficient functioning, customer satisfaction, and profitability. Their key responsibilities include: 1. Operational Management: • Ensure the outlet operates efficiently by managing inventory, staffing, and resources. • Oversee opening and closing procedures and ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards. 2. Staff Supervision & Development: • Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service. • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify development needs. 3. Customer Service: • Address customer complaints and queries to ensure customer satisfaction. • Monitor customer feedback to enhance the service experience. 4. Sales & Financial Management: • Set and monitor sales targets and ensure the outlet meets revenue goals. • Manage budgets, oversee cash handling, and control costs to maximize profitability. 5. Marketing & Promotions: • Coordinate with the marketing team to implement promotions and increase foot traffic. • Maintain the outlet’s visual standards and create a welcoming environment. 6. Reporting: • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, expenses, and inventory to senior management. • Use data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement. Outlet Trainee An Outlet Trainee is typically in a learning and development phase, supporting the Outlet Manager while gaining hands-on experience. Their responsibilities include: 1. Assisting in Daily Operations: • Support the Outlet Manager in day-to-day activities such as inventory management, customer service, and staff coordination. 2. Learning Business Procedures: • Familiarize themselves with standard operating procedures, policies, and quality standards. • Learn about inventory control, order processes, and vendor interactions. 3. Customer Service: • Engage with customers, assist with queries, and gain experience in handling complaints. • Maintain a welcoming environment and help ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Staff Support: • Assist the team during peak hours and provide backup for different roles as needed. • Observe and participate in staff training sessions and team meetings. 5. Sales Monitoring & Reporting: • Learn how to track sales and handle cash under the guidance of the manager. • Practice basic reporting to understand revenue tracking and outlet performance metrics. 6. Skill Development: • Participate in any assigned training programs or workshops to build skills. • Develop an understanding of leadership, conflict resolution, and sales strategies.
Experience: - B. Sc holders - 2 - 3 years experience - would be in a QSR in Warri and Yenegoa - smart and quick to learn
