Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage financial reports, including reports to the board.
- Prepare financial analyses for management and board’s considerations.
- Manage ledger and financial accounts.
- Lead long-range strategic financial planning.
- Oversee tax compliance.
- Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and other teams.
- Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting systems and policies for the setup.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or business management.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in a position of senior financial management which should include working in a similar position.
- Should be able to demonstrate a depth of practical experience with financial management and a variety of accounting roles within an organization.
- Should be up to date with local and international accounting standards.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
