Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

• Maintain strict compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.

• Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient stock levels and minimal waste.
• Control food costs by managing portion sizes, waste, and supplier negotiations.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and event teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.
• Stay updated on culinary trends and introduce new techniques and dishes.
• Ensure the kitchen operates within budget and meets financial performance targets.

Requirements:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional certification.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, with leadership experience.
• Expertise in menu planning, food costing, and kitchen management.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
