Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) located in Abeokuta. The CEO will be accountable for overseeing the company's operations, making high-level strategic decisions, and managing the company's resources. Daily tasks include developing and implementing business plans, managing finance and operations, driving sales, and ensuring the company meets its goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance and Operations Management
- Skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Proven track record in Sales and business growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to make high-level decisions and solve complex problems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
