The Chief Logistics Officer will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations by coordinating transportation for our team and maintaining the vehicle’s condition.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Transport staff safely to property inspections, meetings, and other locations as required.
- Maintain a timely and efficient schedule for pickups and drop-offs.
- Ensure the vehicle is in good working condition, clean, and ready for use at all times.
- Perform regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance needs to the management.
- Coordinate logistics for company events, activities, and staff travel needs.
- Assist with the loading/unloading of materials or equipment when necessary.
- Manage travel-related paperwork, such as fuel receipts, parking tickets, and maintenance logs.
- Uphold professional conduct while interacting with staff, clients, and other business associates.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a driver, particularly in a corporate or real estate setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with Lagos, and surrounding areas.
- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Professional, punctual, and courteous with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle logistical tasks efficiently.
- Residing in or near Ajah, Lagos, is a requirement for easy commuting to the office.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional Skills:
- Experience driving for corporate organizations or in the real estate industry.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle repairs or troubleshooting.
- Ability to manage schedules and multitask effectively.
