We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced strategic advisor, thought partner, and operational leader to join as Chief of Staff to the Head of AI Operations. This pivotal role will be instrumental in guiding and managing our ambitious growth trajectory as the company scales rapidly. The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in ensuring that our AI Operations team not only meets but exceeds its objectives by fostering a culture of continuous innovation, operational excellence, and strategic alignment with the company’s broader vision. This individual will drive key initiatives, streamline complex workflows, and ensure that all aspects of AI Operations are optimized to support the organization's mission of empowering Africa's workforce.

- Entrepreneurial and Execution-Focused: A proactive approach with a strong drive to bring ideas to life and see initiatives through to completion.

- Experience in High-Intensity, Dynamic Environments: Significant experience in fast-paced settings such as high-growth startups, investment banking, or management consulting.

- Tech-Savvy and Agile: Familiarity with modern tech tools and project management software (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion), with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving technology.

- Data-Driven Problem Solver: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions, spot trends, and craft innovative solutions that drive operational excellence.

- Leadership in Change Management: Skilled in building consensus among diverse teams, navigating change, and driving positive cultural impact.

- Structured Operations Background: Experienced in building and managing structured, systems-level operations in a tech or startup environment; MBA preferred.

- Tech and AI Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of AI workflows, automation tools, and the digital transformation landscape, preferably in a scaling tech company.
