• Spearhead marketing and business development efforts to increase sales and market presence.

• Ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies, maintaining business ethics.

• Analyze financial and operational reports, developing solutions for business growth.

• Build strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and shareholders.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO or in a senior managerial role.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Experience in the logistics, shipping, or procurement industry.

• Strong expertise in developing strategies that drive profitability and business vision.

• Deep understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and operations.

• Familiarity with various business functions, including marketing, PR, and finance.

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong marketing and business development acumen.

• MSc/MA in Business Administration or a relevant field.
