20 +/15+ years of experience in running a GSM telecom network operations at the level of a circle head. Responsible to deliver subscriber base and targeted revenue on month on month basis.
· To be responsible to offer a world class network to subscribers.
· Be an innovator, aggressive and well-grounded personality who will manage a large team of over 2000+ employees.
· Deliver desired EBITA and PAT
· Coordinating with other associated departments like IT, Cust Care, Finance, legal, administration, revenue assurance, collection, marketing, VAS etc
· Drive the organization as customer centric team one top down
· Introduction of various VAS which will add to top line from time to time
