Chief Operations Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve company goals. 
• Oversee daily business operations, including sales, logistics, and customer support. 
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost management. 
• Collaborate with leadership to align operations with overall business objectives. 
• Manage resources, including budgets, teams, and infrastructure. 
• Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed. 
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. 
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, affiliates, and stakeholders. 
• Lead initiatives to enhance the affiliate and network marketing experience. 
• Drive innovation and operational excellence across departments.  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). 
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management, preferably in network marketing or FMCG industries. 
• Proven leadership and team management skills. 
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficiency in operational tools and software, with a focus on process optimization.
