Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Immediately respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
- Protect the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues
- Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol, traffic control and accident investigations
- Introducing Security innovations
- Interpersonal Relationship
- Supervision of outsourced guards
- Strengthening the organization's security culture
- Display of competence on the job
- Monitoring security systems and identifying risky areas
- Constantly deploying measures of security alertness
- Ensuring proper documentation of all occurrences
- Writing and submitting security report
- Other Activities As Directed By The MD/CEO
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE certificate
- Must have at least 5 years experience as a security officer
- Must be able to communicate, read and write.
