Chief Security Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and oversight for the security team, supervising and mentoring Security Officers.
• Lead security shift operations at assigned facilities, maintaining a strong and visible security presence.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Coordinate security awareness and training programs for staff.
• Oversee physical security measures, including access control and monitoring.
• Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, ensuring all situations are handled with professionalism.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and security alertness.
• Ability to multitask and resolve conflicts in high-stress situations.
• Proactive approach to safety and security measures.
• High School Diploma, OND, or NCE.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security leadership role, preferably within a healthcare or similar setting.
• Completion of all relevant competencies and training required for this role.
• Familiarity with security systems and protocols.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time role with shift rotations and on-call duties as necessary.
• Exposure to high-traffic areas and incident management.
