Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee all technical operations, strategy, and implementation within our organization. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of experience in the telecoms industry, providing expert guidance in technical project execution ,vendor management, and power systems.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide necessary technical support for business development and project implementation.
- Plan and manage all technical activities, projects, calendars, and progress reports.
- Advise management on project budgets and ensure follow-up on all technical projects and align them to approved budgets.
- Supervise all the field technicians, train them, and allocate them to different regions.
- Support site installation kit preparation during site deployment.
- Ensure all technical escalation on sites are resolved with a strategic and timely approach
- Responsible for overseeing technical projects, and allocating resources as necessary
- Develop and maintain a database of the warehouses responsible for engaging vendors (power system, generator system and other components) and allocating them to the different country zones.
- Communicate efficiently with vendors for professional work on systems supplied and follow up to ensure they meet the SLA required.
- Carry out routine quality assurance tests on all systems and equipment before deployment to sites and adding to stock in the warehouse.
- Hybrid Power Optimization on-site and periodic visits to sites
- Ensure timely reports on the hybrid system and power optimization, being fully updated on the components of the power system.
- Be the focal point and the interface with manufacturers of the systems and their technical support team.
- Ensure installation of work quality assurance in line with the company procedure (PAT, UAT, FAT).
- Develop technology strategies and decisions with a high level of expertise and knowledge.
- Improve client's SLA based on management of KPIs.
- Responsible for the Quality Assurance Team.
- Budget oversight – Managing the technical budget, optimizing expenditures, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 15 years experience in Telecoms industry
- Qualification: B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Certification: Any Engineering or HSE related field
