Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of all technical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company objectives.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the technical team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Use advanced project management tools and technical software to track project progress and maintain documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Liaise with clients, and management to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, or a related field; master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical role within the construction or real estate industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale projects from conception through completion.
- Proficiency in technical software and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project).
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to oversee cross-functional teams and meet deadlines.
