Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Lagos. The Chief Technology Officer will oversee the planning and implementation of information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations. Daily tasks include developing IT strategies, managing software development projects, aligning technology goals with overall business objectives, and leading the IT architecture and product development efforts. The CTO will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain system integrity.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Project Management and IT Strategy skills
- Experience in IT Architecture
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Experience in a senior technology leadership role is a plus
