As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) , you will lead the strategic development and execution of advanced technology initiatives across IT Consulting, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and Managed Services. This role focuses on leveraging emerging technologies like AI, cloud computing, and automation to drive digital transformation, enhance operational efficiency, and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
The CTO will also ensure technology serves as a critical enabler for business growth, overseeing product development, client engagements, and IT infrastructure optimisation. This visionary leader will align technology with business goals to create competitive advantages, improve service delivery, and fuel revenue growth in the B2B space. This role involves developing and implementing technology strategies that align with our business goals, managing the technology team, and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our technology resources.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Technology Leadership & Strategy:
• Develop and implement a forward-looking technology strategy that supports business objectives and market growth across IT Consulting, BPO, and Managed Services.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, cloud, automation) to drive innovation and digital transformation across all business units.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape the company’s technology roadmap, aligning IT investments with long-term business strategies.
2. Innovation and Digital Transformation:
• Lead innovation efforts by introducing new technologies and processes that enable scalable, cost-efficient operations and enhanced client services.
• Guide the transition to cutting-edge cloud, data analytics, and AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, streamline operations, and expand service offerings.
3. Client-Centric Technology Solutions:
• Act as the senior technical liaison for key clients, developing tailored technology solutions that address their specific needs.
• Ensure that technology products and services align with client expectations, delivering measurable value and improved outcomes.
4. Team Leadership & Development:
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of continuous
learning, collaboration, and innovation.
• Implement leadership development initiatives within the technology team to
cultivate internal talent and drive performance excellence.
5. Vendor & Partner Relations:
• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure access to top-tier solutions, maintaining cost-effective operations.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with external technology and service providers to enhance the company’s market position and expand service capabilities.
6. IT Infrastructure & Security Management:
• Oversee the design, development, and management of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and robust cybersecurity practices.
• Optimize cloud solutions and IT operations to support the company’s growth, while maintaining strong data security and compliance standards.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in a CTO or
senior technology management role.
• Expertise in IT consulting, BPO, and Managed Services, with a proven track record of
driving innovation and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex IT infrastructure projects and managing
cybersecurity initiatives.
