Job Overview:

This role requires a skilled individual to provide professional Chinese-English translation support for an insurance company. The ideal candidate must possess strong language abilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately translate documents, emails, and communications between Chinese and English.
• Facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Support the team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure the timely delivery of translated materials.
• Assist with written and oral communication, adapting translation to fit business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in translation or a related field.
• Fluency in both Chinese and English (oral and written).
• Proficiency in typing Chinese and using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
• Competence in operating computers and mobile devices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Working Conditions:

• Work hours: Monday to Saturday, 12 hours (3:00 AM – 3:00 PM).
• Sunday: Off or reduced hours (6 to 9 hours).
• Comfortable and conducive accommodation provided.
