Our mission is to provide premium protection and risk mitigation that allows communities to thrive, ensuring the stability and profitability of farmers facing agricultural risks such as extreme weather, drought, and uncertainties.

What We’re Looking For:

• Seasoned Tech Professional: Proven track record of building and scaling successful technology products.
• Deep Expertise: Experience with backend technologies (e.g., Python, Node.js), frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Fintech and Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial technology and the current landscape.
• Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Strategic Thinker: Clear vision for the future of Riwe Technologies.
• Passion for Impact: A genuine interest in building products that make a real difference in people’s lives.

Your Role: As the Technical Co-Founder, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of our technology strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of our insurtech products.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape the company’s vision and strategy.
• Drive innovation and ensure the scalability and security of our technology infrastructure.
• Engage with potential investors and partners to showcase our technological capabilities.
