Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, plan, and oversee construction projects involving container-based and modular structures.
- Conduct structural analysis and ensure engineering integrity for all projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to optimize building solutions.
- Supervise construction sites, ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations.
- Evaluate and select appropriate construction materials and methods for container-based projects.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian building codes, industry standards, and environmental regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractor performance.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
