Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee the construction and development of the company's estate
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate project viability.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other engineers to develop comprehensive project plans.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the integrity of designs.
- Prepare and review technical specifications, reports, and project documentation.
- Monitor construction progress and address any issues that arise on-site.
- Manage budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on scheduled timelines
- Researching and providing estimates for projects.
- Confidently liaising with clients and other professional subcontractors
Requirements:
- BSC In Civil engineering is a must
- Minimum of two years experience
- Must be Highly analytical
- Ability to pay attention to details
- Ability to work under pressures
