Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation on site.
  • Mapping out cleaners’ work schedules and implementation of work plans.
  • Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.
  • Training new hires and managing their performances.
  • Investigation of customer’s complaint.
  • Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.
  • Reassignment of tasks.
  • Management of cleaning equipment
  • Daily computation and submission of the site report.
