Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation on site.
- Mapping out cleaners’ work schedules and implementation of work plans.
- Management and dissemination of information to cleaners.
- Training new hires and managing their performances.
- Investigation of customer’s complaint.
- Inspection of janitorial activities onsite.
- Reassignment of tasks.
- Management of cleaning equipment
- Daily computation and submission of the site report.
