High-paying Client Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential high-paying clients, including corporate organizations, academics, business professionals, and creative writers (authors, scriptwriters, and content creators) who need writing services.
• Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
• Network, research, and establish connections with individuals or businesses needing academic, business, or creative writing services.
• Effectively communicate the value of Magic PEN Writing Services and tailor service offerings to meet client needs.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and successful deals closed.
• Follow up with leads and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, English, Communication, or any related field. A Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 1-2 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in a service-based industry).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Understanding of high-ticket sales and how to close premium clients.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of content writing, academic writing, or digital marketing is a plus.

Compensation Structure and Benefits:

• Commission-Based Payment: Earn 20% of every paying client you bring in.
• The more clients you attract, the higher your earnings. For example, if you bring in a client who pays a set fee for writing services, you receive 20% of that total payment.
