Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Actively listen to and understand client needs, goals, and challenges.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and proactively anticipating their needs.
- Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
- Implement strategies to retain existing clients and drive repeat business.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless client service.
- Know when and how to escalate client issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal teams on client needs and experiences.
