Role Responsibilities;
* Lead client projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with government agencies, multilateral organizations, and private sector entities.
* Facilitate communication between clients and government bodies, addressing regulatory concerns and opportunities.
*Identify grant and bid opportunities with multilateral agencies, foundations, and donor organizations aligned with client objectives.
* Draft and submit compelling proposals, ensuring alignment with client goals and compliance with funding requirements.
* Track and report on funding pipelines, applications, and success rates.
* Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and satisfaction assessments to enhance client relationships.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, International Relations, Law, or a related field.
* Minimum of 8 years of experience in client relationship management, project leadership, or government relations, preferably within a multinational or consultancy firm.
* Strong project management skills with experience leading complex projects.
* Proven track record in securing grants or managing bids for multilateral funding.
* Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools (e.g., Asana, MS Project), and budgeting tools.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French or other local languages is an asset.
* Strong network within West African government agencies & multilateral organizations.
* Experience drafting proposals and managing bid applications.
* Strong budgeting and financial tracking skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complexities in a dynamic work environment.
